The Farm C.Bianca, owned by Cavallero family, is located in Loazzolo, on the Lower Langa hills, in that’ Piedmont corner which extends itself from the upland South of Canelli up to the Liguria's borders, where a strip of clay land helps the growing of high quality fruits.
In’ this land the exquisite Loazzolo cheeses are produced , we follow the whole production cycle, from the animals' breeding to the production and the aging; in this way we can guarantee the authenticity of our products.
All around the farm there are the vineyards that every year produce wines with a classic flavor, appreciated for their unique taste and for those nuances, always different, that each year reserves.
Straight from the field to the table, here you can taste fruits coming from a land grown with love and passion. .
